Born in Central Ohio and educated at Ohio Christian University, R.D. Saunders cut his teeth in leadership in the non-profit world as a church pastor. Applying sound leadership principles R.D. often experienced dynamic growth in his churches. In 2002, as an international leadership trainer for John Maxwell’s EQUIP Foundation, R.D. began to see firsthand the needs of the global community. In 2009, he was called upon to lead Network of Caring as its Chief Significance Officer. Network of Caring is a humanitarian aid organization dedicated to bringing hope and healing to the neediest people of the world. Network of Caring has offices in the US, South Africa, Ukraine, and Australia but her reach touches every continent of the world. In addition to his duties at Network of Caring, R.D. is the speaker for Leading With 20/20 Vision, a leadership development program used by 1000s of leaders worldwide. R.D. is known for creative communication in leadership training and is in demand as a speaker and teacher. He has two adult sons–Landon and Logan and lives with Shelli, his wife of 26 years, in Buford GA.
